**CHRISTMAS WEEK SPECIAL** 12/23 - 12/29, 7 BEDROOMS, 4 1/2 BATHS - $2500

The Ski House has 2 Units. The UPPER Unit and the LOWER Unit. It also has a JACUZZI.

The UPPER Unit has a 20 ft Vaulted Ceiling. The Upper unit of the Ski House sleeps 12 -14 people.

• 4 Bedrooms
  -  One King size bedroom.
  -  One Full size bedroom.
  -  2 Loft bedrooms, each with a queen size bed , and a single bed on the floor.
  -  One queen size pull-out sleep sofa in the great room.

• 2 1/2 Baths
  -  The Great Room has a fireplace with plenty of seating area (3 sofas, 3 arm chairs, etc).
  -  The open gourmet kitchen has an 8 ft counter-bar with stools and a dining table seating 8-10
  -  There is also a family room and ski room adjacent to the great room.

The LOWER Unit has the same amenities (except for separate family room and ski room)—sleeps 10 - 12 people.

• 3 Bedrooms
  -  2 Bedrooms, each with a queen size and a single bed
  -  One bedroom has a queen size bed only
  -  2 queen size futon sofas in living area

• 2 Full Baths
  -  It also has a fireplace . (Each Unit has a separate wood shed for firewood)

The Upper Unit and Lower Unit are separated by a common room which has a wood burning stove. The Jacuzzi is on the upper stair level in a separate room, and it is shared by both units. There is DirectTV, DVD, cassette and CD players in each unit. Linens and towels are provided in each unit. There is a washer and dryer. Please note that the entire house is PET AND SMOKE-FREE (thanks for adhering to this policy!) If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Guests also are entitled use of indoor pool, steam room and sauna in Alpine Village.

NOTE* Check in 5 PM - Check Out 12:00 Noon (these times can be flexible depending on rentals before & after your reservation). Check with manager, 1 week before your rental time.
